Welcome to my blog and thank you for being interested enough in what I have to say to take a peek!

The purpose of this blog is really just for me to have a place to share my thoughts on game development; what I have learned, what has worked (and NOT worked) for me in the past, and my ideas for making things work better in the future. Hopefully I’ll learn a thing or two as well from others out in game development land who wish to share.

I consider myself a study of game development tools and processes and have been developing games (and other software) for over 10 years now for the PC and consoles- from FPSs to MMORPGs. I’ve even worked on a few cell phone games here and there.

Anyway, I hope you find some information* that will be of use to you in helping make game development an enjoyable experience once again!

* The information, views, etc. presented on this blog/website are my (Scott Blinn) personal views and not of any company or organization that I may represent.
